What's the art bus?
The art bus is an art studio on wheels. We invite any person to enter the bus and make something. There is no set project or instructions. Doodle, paint, collaborate, memorialize, make a gift, play!
The art bus is supported by grants. We encourage donations of supplies, recycleables, snacks, and volunteer hours.
We Believe
Art comes from within
We don’t have projects with step-by-step instructions. We have art supplies. The bus is an open studio. What do you want to make?
Art is healthy
Whether coloring a picture, building a tower, or fiddling with clay, art can be fun and relaxing. Give yourself the gift of time to make art.
Art is for everyone
Every child is an artist, but not every person had the opportunity to stay an artist as they grew up. We welcome all approaches.
